Requirements
  • Experience in a B2C subscription business
  • 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role focused on growth analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science). A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Excellent at clearly presenting data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a plan to support growth across all stages of the product lifecycle, from user acquisition to retention and monetization.
  • Manage and grow a team of product analysts, promoting a culture of data-driven decisions.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to set key performance indicators (KPIs), growth targets, and design experiments to enhance product features and user experiences.
  • Use advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets. Present findings to senior leadership.
  • Design and manage A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes on growth metrics, ensuring accurate analysis to inform decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and market trends, and develop strategies to improve key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Regularly update and present reports to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Select and implement tools and technologies that improve the team’s ability to provide insights and support decisions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools.
