Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project briefs and timelines for events
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors for event execution
  • Work closely with internal teams to capture, convert, and nurture high-quality pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors
  • Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide budget reports
  • Oversee event logistics on-site and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance event strategies
