  • Challenge and pressure-test deployment plans, implementation approaches, support models, and transition plans to identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps.
  • Identify and resolve handoff failures, ownership ambiguities, and execution risks that could affect deployment success or customer commitments.
  • Lead deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities to ensure successful customer adoption, operational transition, and fulfillment of customer commitments.
  • Lead customer integration activities, technical dependencies, architecture reviews, data mapping, interface specifications, testing, and implementation planning.
  • Ensure customer integration requirements, dependencies, responsibilities, and milestones are identified, aligned, and initiated early in the program lifecycle.
  • Drive customer engagement and accountability for integration reviews, testing activities, and deliverables required for successful deployment execution.
  • Ensure customer requirements, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and success criteria are documented, validated, approved, and managed throughout execution.
  • Drive evaluation and resolution of scope changes and ensure impacts to schedule, readiness, customer commitments, and delivery objectives are assessed and communicated.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans that align teams, establish accountability, drive delivery against customer commitments, and provide leadership visibility into strategic deployment performance.
  • Define and continuously improve customer deployment standards, governance practices, readiness requirements, and execution frameworks to improve consistency, scalability, and customer outcomes across strategic programs.
  • Establish and maintain stage-gate governance and customer sign-off processes to ensure readiness criteria are met throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive resolution of program risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on scope, schedule, readiness, customer risks, deployment status, financial impacts, revenue realization risks, and key program decisions.

About the company

Brink provides cloud-like infrastructure for developers building on Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on Ethereum. It offers tools for intent-based trading and automated DeFi transactions via a smart contract automation protocol and a contract wallet. This enables conditional and automated orders across multiple marketplaces and tokens, including products like CroutonSwap for recurring, gas-free swaps without upfront deposits. The platform is open-source and non-custodial, meaning users retain control of their assets. Brink differentiates itself by letting developers define desired outcomes (intent) rather than specifying exact transaction steps, and by delivering an extensible framework for building sophisticated Web3 applications. Its goal is to empower Web3 developers and businesses to create advanced DeFi features and trading strategies more easily on Ethereum.

What believers are saying

  • Brink updated CroutonSwap and its homepage on 2026-08-23, signaling active maintenance.
  • UniswapX’s June 2026 expansion validates intent-based trading and expands category demand.
  • 1inch Fusion’s 2026 adoption proves resolver auctions and gasless execution sell to users.

What critics are saying

  • UniswapX's June 2026 expansion into Base, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, and Tempo crushes distribution.
  • 1inch Fusion and UniswapX commoditize Brink's core auction-and-solver mechanics by 2026.
  • If solver liquidity stays thin, Brink becomes a dormant protocol with no defensible moat.

What makes Brink unique

  • Brink’s Intents Protocol lets users sign outcomes, not transactions, across EVM chains.
  • CroutonSwap automates recurring swaps gas-free, without deposits, using a decentralized solver network.
  • Brink supports custom order types, including limit, stop-loss, DCA, and NFT automation.
