Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Produce bilingual English and French marketing content, leveraging artificial intelligence tools to optimize writing, creativity, consistency, and campaign performance.
  • Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for accuracy, style, and adherence to the brand's tone of voice.
  • Research and pitch content ideas and video series while maintaining the brand's tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Research keywords and optimize web copywriting according to search engine optimization and large language model best practices.
  • Participate in photo and video shoots by writing scripts, creating moodboards and storyboards, and serving as a spokesperson in videos.
  • Act as the brand representative in video content.
  • Research fashion and design trends, including current buzzwords and trending topics, to propose relevant content recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning content themes and marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to provide content briefs and review creative assets.
  • Implement growth strategies to expand social media and partnership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing partnerships and follow up on active collaborations to ensure partnership conditions are fulfilled.
  • Plan contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment.
  • Establish platform-specific objectives and key performance indicators, as well as growth and retention strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Analyze social media data and content analytics to optimize performance and make recommendations for further development and innovation.
  • Manage report creation for content analytics to measure key performance indicator performance.
