Precisely named a Major Player in IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Intelligent Customer Communication Management 2026 Vendor Assessment.

Precisely named a Major Player in IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Intelligent Customer Communication Management 2026 Vendor Assessment. Oct 20, 2026, 09:00 ET Assessment notes AI strategy, data integrity and personalization as key strengths BURLINGTON, Mass., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Precisely, a leader in unified data management for AI-ready data, today announced it has been named a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Intelligent Customer Communication Management 2026 Vendor Assessment [Doc. #US54131626, September 2026]. Precisely was among 13 vendors evaluated and was positioned in the Major Players Category. We believe this recognition reflects the company as a significant, well-rounded vendor in the market. Organizations are under pressure to create and deliver personalized customer communications faster while maintaining governance, compliance, and trust. IDC MarketScape evaluated Precisely EngageOne(TM) RapidCX as part of its customer communications management (CCM) assessment and noted its key strengths in AI agent strategy, data integrity and personalization, and privacy and compliance. "As organizations evaluate AI for customer communications, explainability, oversight, and compliance remain critical requirements, particularly in regulated industries," said Amy Machado, Research Managing Director, Enterprise Content and Knowledge Management Strategies, IDC. "Precisely EngageOne(TM) RapidCX combines governed AI capabilities with enterprise controls and trusted data foundations, helping organizations balance innovation with accountability." IDC Marketscape highlighted several Precisely strengths, including: * AI strategy: "The governed AI model used by EngageOne(TM) RapidCX addresses a core tension for regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, and telecom: speed alongside secure control. EngageOne(TM) RapidCX agents run on Amazon Bedrock foundation models, with model selection optimized per agent task today, and customer-selectable model switching per agent on the road map for 2H26. AI agents can recommend actions, but teams approve or reject every recommendation, and full audit trails log how AI contributed to each communication and action. Precisely recently expanded the EngageOne(TM) RapidCX agent set with four new governed agents: Communication Builder, Compliance Risk Scoring, PII Masking Insight, and Intelligent Archive Search. Each new agent remains opt-in and preserves the human-approval and audit-trail model above, nearly doubling the prebuilt agent set offered by EngageOne(TM) RapidCX." * Data integrity and personalization: "In addition to customer communications management, Precisely offers data management capabilities including data integration, quality, enrichment, governance, and location intelligence. EngageOne products can leverage the data quality and enrichment capabilities Precisely offers to ground personalization in verified, cleaned, and contextualized customer data. This is a structurally unique value proposition. Today, that connection is delivered through MCP and API integration, with tighter integration on the road map." * Privacy and compliance: "EngageOne(TM) RapidCX's enterprise governance, privacy, accessibility, and security controls are designed for regulated industries. Organizations can centrally govern content standards, manage customer communication preferences, enforce approval workflows, and maintain audit readiness across global, regional, and local requirements. The platform supports GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD compliance initiatives and is supported by certifications and authorizations including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II (covering all five trust services criteria of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy), and PCI DSS for applicable environments." "Regulated organizations need to move faster without compromising control. That's particularly important in customer communications, where every message needs to be accurate, compliant and accountable," said Allan Christian, General Manager, Engage at Precisely. "With EngageOne(TM) RapidCX, we've built governance into the process, from creating communications to tracking exactly what was sent, when and to whom. AI is optional, and the workflow is built so that people approve the results before anything moves forward. This allows organizations to use AI not only to work more efficiently, but also to make more informed decisions about customer communications, while maintaining the oversight their customers and regulators expect." According to the IDC MarketScape, "Upper midmarket and enterprise organizations should consider Precisely for its flexible deployment options, pricing model, and explainable AI capabilities. EngageOne(TM) RapidCX's low-code template designer, business-user collaboration for internal and external users, and dynamic content rules will appeal to business users, while its partner ecosystem helps support global-scale." Credesoft named Precisely's strategic Data Integrity partner in MALAYSIA.

Credesoft named Precisely's strategic Data Integrity partner in MALAYSIA. October 14, 2026 PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA - Credesoft has been appointed Precisely's strategic data integrity partner in Malaysia. The partnership was marked this evening at an event in Petaling Jaya attended by leaders from both companies and by clients and partners from the financial services, insurance and enterprise sectors. Under the partnership, Credesoft will bring the Precisely Data Integrity Suite to the Malaysian market. It will start with data integration, change data capture, and extract, transform and load (ETL) capabilities. Precisely provides the technology. Credesoft provides the consulting, implementation and professional services that organisations need to put it to work. The aim is to give Malaysian organisations data that is accurate, consistent and in context, so they can use it with confidence for AI, analytics and digital transformation. Trust in data, not access to it For many of Malaysia's largest enterprises, particularly in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy, the problem is no longer a shortage of data. It is a lack of confidence in it. Organisations are expected to govern, secure and act on data at scale, while regulators and customers demand greater accuracy and accountability. Precisely works on this problem worldwide. More than 12,000 organisations in over 100 countries use its software, including 95 of the Fortune 100 and 83 per cent of the Fortune 500. Its work covers legacy mainframe systems, modern cloud environments, data governance, data quality and location intelligence. This year, Precisely was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Data Intelligence Platform Software 2026 Vendor Assessment. IDC cited its data quality capabilities, its hybrid execution architecture, and its location intelligence and enrichment offerings. In Malaysia, Precisely's technology is already used by an estimated 60 to 70 per cent of the country's financial institutions and insurers. The partnership is designed to build on that base. What the partnership offers Credesoft and Precisely will help organisations speed up AI adoption, meet governance and regulatory requirements, modernise legacy systems and run more efficiently. The expected results are faster decisions, lower operational risk and lower operating costs. "At Credesoft, we believe technology is only as good as its data. Even the best AI cannot fix data you do not trust," said Nadesh Tharmalingam, Managing Director of Credesoft. "Precisely brings the technology and Credesoft brings the local know-how to make it work. Together, we help organisations make faster decisions, stay compliant, lower risk and use AI with confidence." Beyond Malaysia The partnership starts in Malaysia, but both companies plan to extend it across Southeast Asia as demand for trusted, AI-ready data grows in the region. Credesoft (M) Sdn Bhd specialises in database management and IT infrastructure. Its team has more than 30 years of combined experience serving clients across Southeast Asia, with offices in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. Its services include managed services, database health checks and consulting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, business continuity planning, and IT consulting. It works with global technology partners including Oracle and Microsoft. Precisely is the global leader in data integrity. It helps organisations ensure their data is accurate, consistent and in context, so they can use it with confidence for AI, analytics, modernisation, compliance and day-to-day operations. Its portfolio, including the Precisely Data Integrity Suite, combines software, data and data strategy consulting. More than 12,000 organisations in over 100 countries, including 95 of the Fortune 100, rely on Precisely in some of the world's most complex, regulated and critical data environments.

How Google Sheets integration transforms SAP data automation for enterprises.

How Google Sheets integration transforms SAP data automation for enterprises. Discover how integrating Google Sheets with SAP automation tools accelerates data management, boosting efficiency and reducing manual errors in enterprises. Jasnita Telekomindo Editorial Team Managing SAP data traditionally involves complex interfaces and rigid workflows, often relying heavily on desktop Excel files for batch updates or validations. However, the recent extension of Precisely's Automate Studio to support Google Sheets marks a pivotal shift in how enterprises can streamline SAP data operations. By enabling integrations with cloud-native tools like Google Sheets, organizations can leverage collaborative, real-time spreadsheet environments without sacrificing the robustness necessary for SAP mass data processing. This innovation paves the way for faster, more transparent, and flexible enterprise workflows. SAP's powerful but complex user interfaces often become bottlenecks when business teams need to perform bulk data changes or validations. Historically, Excel-based templates have been the fallback for mass updates, but this approach has drawbacks: * Lack of real-time collaboration: Excel files are static and require manual version control. * Dependency on desktop software: Limits accessibility across devices and locations. * Error-prone manual input: Increases the risk of costly data mistakes. These challenges slow down business processes, impair data accuracy, and elevate operational risk. Adopting Google Sheets as the front-end for SAP data automation brings key advantages: * Cloud-based collaboration: Multiple users can update and validate data simultaneously, enhancing transparency and teamwork. * Accessibility and mobility: Team members access sheets from any device or location, accelerating decision-making. * Templates for mass changes: Pre-designed Google Sheets templates simplify complex SAP transactions like posting and validation. * Reduced SAP interface load: Automate Studio handles SAP backend operations, so users need not navigate time-consuming SAP screens. This integration turns SAP data management from a specialist IT task into a streamlined, user-friendly process accessible to functional staff. * Mass Product Data Updates: Marketing teams can collaboratively update product descriptions or pricing across hundreds of SKUs without waiting for IT scheduling. * Transaction Posting: Finance departments can validate and post multiple financial transactions efficiently through standardized sheets. * Data Validation and Error Correction: Operational teams identify and correct inconsistencies in real-time, improving overall data quality. Studies show digital spreadsheet collaboration paired with backend automation delivers measurable benefits: * 30% reduction in data processing time, thanks to real-time multi-user access compared to Excel workflows. * 25% fewer manual errors in SAP data entries, attributable to validated templates and automation. * 40% improvement in cross-department workflow efficiency, due to enhanced accessibility and ease of collaboration. These figures highlight the substantial operational uplift enterprises can achieve. Enterprises looking to modernize their contact centers and communication platforms can find synergy in adopting Jasnita's solutions alongside SAP automation: * Jasconnect provides cloud-based phone and SMS integration, ensuring business communications seamlessly align with operational backends. * Toschat omnichannel enables unified messaging and AI chatbot support, enhancing customer and internal stakeholder engagement. * TORO AI can complement automated SAP data workflows by delivering AI coaching and agent assistance, improving workforce productivity. Together, these solutions form a robust digital transformation stack that can handle data, communications, and customer experiences holistically. The extension of Automate Studio to Google Sheets exemplifies a broader trend towards cloud-first, collaborative enterprise tools. Leveraging cloud spreadsheets combined with automation platforms reduces reliance on legacy desktop software and siloed IT operations, driving initiatives like: * Decentralized decision-making: Empowering frontline users with direct access to data workflows. * Real-time analytics and insights: Integrating with CX platforms and CRMs to act swiftly on validated data. * AI-powered self-service: Automating routine data manipulations and validations for faster outcomes. Integrating Google Sheets with SAP automation tools injects agility, scalability, and collaboration into enterprise data management practices. This innovation not only enhances efficiency but also reduces errors and operational risks. Enterprises committed to digital transformation should evaluate how cloud-native spreadsheet automation can complement their existing ERP and contact center ecosystems. Solutions like Precisely Automate Studio's extension and Jasnita's cloud communication platforms represent significant steps towards modern, integrated business operations. By focusing on accessible, user-friendly interfaces supported by powerful automation engines, IT leadership can drive meaningful improvements in productivity and data quality across their organizations. Precisely has launched AI Studio, a collection of ready-made applications, agents, and skills designed to accelerate enterprise AI development. The offering helps builders create AI solutions compatible with tools including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT, working with the Precisely Platform's data quality and enrichment capabilities.
