Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or financial/accounting with 5 years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time across the Americas region
  • Skill in written and oral communications, interview skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills. OneStream preferred
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the overall forecast for AWS Lubbock
  • Coordinating budget, strategic plan, and forecasting activities
  • Providing financial understanding of manufacturing spend, performance, productivity, working capital, and savings initiatives
  • Developing direct labor, manufacturing overhead, and material absorption rates
  • Analytical support for ISC metrics
  • Implementing productivity and efficiency in finance processes
  • Developing process improvement initiatives in financial reporting
  • Supporting SOX, Internal, and External Audits
  • Reporting and analysis of AWS Lubbock results
  • Monthly analysis for Site leadership
  • Supporting Lubbock Operations team on Productivity, Performance, and Site metrics
  • Supporting AWS Accounting team on monthly close activities
  • Providing ad hoc reporting
  • Supporting other AWS units as needed
