Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or financial/accounting with 5 years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time across the Americas region
  • Skill in written and oral communications and interview skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Support the overall forecast for AWS Lubbock
  • Support overall coordination of the AWS Lubbock budget, strategic plan, and forecasting activities
  • Provide analytical support for ISC metrics
  • Develop and implement productivity and efficiency in finance processes
  • Develop process improvement initiatives in respect to financial reporting for the Lubbock site
  • Supports SOX, Internal, and External Audits as necessary at the Lubbock site
  • Reporting and analysis of AWS Lubbock results
  • Monthly analysis for Site leadership
  • Support to Lubbock Operations team on Productivity, Performance and Site metrics
  • BU Site Review Support
  • Headcount Cost/Control
  • Alignment of Fcst/Budget/AOP with Functional Leaders
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Support AWS Accounting team on monthly close activities
  • As-needed support for other AWS units (Buffalo, Chihuahua)
