  • Strong experience influencing cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
  • Ability to be successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Ability to rapidly assess high-level & ambiguous problems, define scope and options, then evaluate and recommend partnership strategy to address critical business issues
  • 2+ years of experience in Administration or Operations
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate creatively
  • Self-starter, willing to jump right in and make an impact
  • Proficient in Google suite applications, experience with Sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus

Responsibilities
  • As a Partner & Alliances Operations Manager, you will lead the definition of the strategy for key Partnerships initiatives, ensure their implementation, and document standard methodologies
  • You will be at the center of the definition and implementation of highly visible Partnerships initiatives, and you will have ample opportunities to collaborate with other teams and to have executive visibility
  • As such, strong collaboration and communication skills - including top-down communications, prioritization and an eye for impact are essential for your success in this role
  • Shape Cognite's growth partner strategy and plans, through data-driven analyses
  • Account plan creation and account research, including relationship mapping for key target accounts
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations around strategic and operational partner initiatives
  • Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations to key partners across Cognite, including at the executive level
  • Develop and lead a robust operating model to ensure partner strategy is implemented and its expected impact is realized; this includes periodically report to Cognite's leadership the status of the implementation and bring your insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve value creation
  • Establish a collaboration network across different Cognite teams, working side-by-side with multiple teams and being the "connector" that enables a well-oiled cross-functional partnership strategy and execution
