  • 7+ years’ experience as a Digital Merchandiser for an online retailer
  • 3+ years experience as a People Manager
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and Product Information Management systems
  • Proficiency with Excel and website analytics tools like Google Analytics or Omniture/Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a diverse team of Digital Merchandisers, Designers, and Project Managers, providing training and guidance on approved merchandising and content strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Responsible for the overall digital presentation of both North American storefronts and drives achievement of financial objectives by analyzing data and optimizing customer experience
  • Primary Stakeholder and Responsible for Global end-to-end Editorial Content planning and strategy
  • Work alongside Marketing teams to align Storefront content and merchandising plans with global marketing beats
  • Lead Quarterly and Monthly reviews of Content Plans with Category Management and Marketing
  • Lead Weekly reviews of Staged Content for North American Storefronts
  • Manage Site Enhancement and Project Roadmap for Digital Merchandising & Content Teams
  • Define priorities and partner with Technical Project Management Team to execute a complex array of projects throughout the year
  • Work in CMS and Merchandising Tool to create build and stage content and merchandising strategies
  • Manage relationship with several external vendors and partners
  • Plan and manage photography budget for site content
