Requirements
  • At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
  • EPA 608 certification is required.
  • Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and air conditioning systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand.
  • Comfort presenting repair and replacement options.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues.
  • Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central air conditioning systems, and air handlers.
  • Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements.
  • Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
  • Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
