Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support staff effectively.
  • Experience managing employees, maintaining accurate records, and documenting performance, operational issues, and staff development.
  • Ability to identify, address, and escalate concerning issues appropriately, leveraging human resources support and following the organizational chain of command.
  • Solid understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and 42 CFR Part 2 privacy requirements, with experience ensuring staff adherence.
  • Experience managing schedules, staffing coverage, workflows, and logistical coordination in field-based or clinical settings.
  • Ability to provide clear and effective communication, feedback, and guidance and collaborate across teams, including daily alignment with clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Lead operations for the mobile clinic by coordinating daily workflows, staff activities, and member services safely and efficiently in varying weather and environmental conditions.
  • Ensure the mobile clinic has the equipment, supplies, shelter, seating, heating, cooling, and other environmental supports needed for safe and effective service delivery.
  • Provide operational supervision for staff working under Department of Health licenses and ensure adherence to protocols and operational expectations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational and staffing issues and escalate complex or unresolved matters to the Mobile Operations Manager.
  • Oversee member flow and clinic setup to ensure a welcoming, safe, and trauma-informed environment.
  • Learn the basics of each position and its role in clinic flow to support overall operations and staff.
  • Collaborate daily with other Mobile Team Leads and mobile leadership team members to coordinate routes, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Clinical Supervisor to align operational oversight and clinical performance.
  • Supervise all staff assigned to the mobile clinic from an operational perspective by providing coaching, feedback, and guidance.
  • Monitor adherence to operational protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including structured feedback, evaluations, and contribution to performance improvement planning.
  • Reinforce expectations related to attendance, performance, documentation, and service delivery standards.
  • Coordinate daily mobile clinic operations, including staffing coverage, routing, and service locations across Pierce and King Counties.
  • Ensure mobile clinic setup and readiness, with equipment, supplies, and systems in place and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Support the planning and delivery of mobile programming, including recovery groups, support circles, outreach activities, and one-on-one member services.
  • Support peer-focused programming efforts through operational alignment and contribution to program goals.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for day-to-day operational issues, implement immediate solutions, and escalate as necessary.
  • Review and approve staff timecards, schedules, and time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain documentation related to staff performance, training, and development.
  • Support performance discussions and improvement plans to promote accountability and professional growth.
  • Model exceptional customer service and set the standard for member interactions.
  • Support check-in and service processes and address member questions or concerns with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all members receive a welcoming, informative, and supportive experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, outreach teams, and local support organizations.
  • Foster collaboration, resource sharing, and effective community-based service delivery.
  • Support peer-focused programming through operational coordination and alignment with program goals.
  • Maintain accountability for mobile clinic safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Enforce adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Identify potential safety or compliance risks, implement corrective actions proactively, and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety, privacy, and compliance among staff through guidance, training, and real-time feedback.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within the behavioral health field.
  • Opioid Treatment Program experience.
