Requirements
  • Curiosity and passion for exploring graphic design, illustration, typography, photo retouching and compositing, design systems, and design principles.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply design principles and fundamentals while contributing to a variety of creative projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, illustrators, animators, and account team members to develop creative deliverables.
  • Work within client brand guidelines and design systems to help ensure work feels cohesive and on-brand.
  • Explore how visual styles and design treatments can be adapted across different applications, platforms, and mediums.
  • Experiment with different creative approaches and techniques while developing a design point of view.
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative working sessions, contributing ideas and exploring conceptual solutions with the team.
  • Learn how to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within project timelines with guidance from the team.
  • Articulate creative thinking and design choices with fellow designers and art directors.
  • Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, techniques, and creative practices.
  • Participate in team critiques, creative reviews, and other opportunities to learn and grow alongside the team.
