About the job
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
- Pass an extensive background screening, including criminal background checks, a drug test, and interviews.
- Have 1–3 years of concierge experience.
- Speak and read English clearly and fluently.
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Meet customer needs by providing directions and suggestions for restaurants and surrounding attractions.
- Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned.
- Provide information about the geographical area.
- Conduct all concierge services for the property professionally.
- Respect residents’ privacy, information, perspective, priorities, time, and resources.
- Communicate residents’ and guests’ concerns to management promptly.
- Receive lost-and-found items and maintain a log of them.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing packages, call residents, and maintain package records.
- Assist with newsletters and other mailings, including stuffing and labeling, and post memos in the mailroom.
- Prepare daily activity reports as required and submit them to management.
