Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with the RTT Execution team to standardize practices within the plant and align on how to lead the program locally.
  • Coordinate with RTT Managers across the Pod to share best practices and learnings across plants.
  • Actively coach line teams to empower individuals to make decisions and drive ownership.
  • Work with the line Triad to proactively drive solutions and improve in-plant practices within the RTT framework.
  • Own and lead governance of the One Best Way program, setting the strategic direction for operational excellence in partnership with the Plant Director and Pod RTT leadership.
  • Partner with the Plant Director and Pod RTT leader to incorporate RTT standards and drive alignment on operational priorities.
  • Integrate RTT methodologies and principles into daily operations, ensuring processes align with best practices and continuous improvement is embedded as a core value.
  • Deliver in-plant initiatives and support the development of standards, leveraging guidance from Pod and Sector Leaders to drive RTT principles across the plant.
  • Build capability within the plant by coaching team members on processes, standards, and ways of working that drive One Best Way.
  • Empower employees and drive ownership, leading with a coaching mindset to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing alignment with RTT standards.
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned across plants and Pods to drive consistency and improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure activities adhere to safety standards and RTT principles.

With applications closed and classes beginning the week of September 21, 2026, North Texas food service entrepreneurs have a first-time opportunity to engage with this program. The Accelerator program arrives at a critical moment for small emerging businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth region - and DFWUL is here to make sure local owners do not miss it. Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen will visit Kazakhstan on an official visit on October 1-2, the press service of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported. "This will be the first visit by the head of Denmark's foreign ministry to Kazakhstan since 2009. The visit takes place ahead of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which will be marked next year," the statement said. The visit program will begin in Almaty Region, where the Danish minister will take part in the opening of a non-alcoholic beverage production plant of Carlsberg Group and PepsiCo. The project is worth $344 million, making it one of the largest Danish investment projects in Kazakhstan. In addition, Rasmussen will participate in a major Kazakh-Danish business forum in the city of Konaev. In Astana, Lars Løkke Rasmussen will be received by President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. He will also hold talks with Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tleuberdi. Following the meeting between the two foreign ministers, the signing of two memorandums is planned, including one on the establishment of a Bilateral Commission for Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expects the visit to give new impetus to political dialogue and the development of business partnership between Kazakhstan and Denmark.

The latest IndustryWeek U.S. 500 rankings paint a split picture for the food and beverage sector: modest top-line growth paired with a steep drop in profitability. "Total revenue for the sector was up 3.14% year over year, but earnings dropped sharply, down 32.5%."
