Edenred Mobility Hub runs on Vaigo. By Roeland Vanrenterghem | Posted sep 3, 2026 Edenred, the everyday companion for people at work, has chosen Vaigo technology to power its mobility offering in Belgium. The Edenred Mobility Hub is live: fully branded as Edenred, integrated in their applications, contracted by Edenred with their own customers. Behind it, Vaigo runs the platform and the operations. That reach is what makes it significant - more than 60.000 clients and over 2 million users in Belgium, now a step closer to mobility that manages itself. Why it matters. Most Belgian companies still manage mobility with spreadsheets, paper receipts and a lot of patience. It doesn't have to be that way. Mobility budgets, the federal mobility budget, commuting policies, payroll integration - all of it can run automatically, in the background, while HR focuses on people instead of paperwork. What "we run the operations" means. * The administration is performed, not redesigned. Subscriptions ordered and stopped, receipts validated against the employer's own policy, payroll corrections entered. What reaches payroll is wage-code-ready lines, never a stack of receipts. * The employee questions land with Vaigo BV. What is the best choice for me? Does the policy allow this? Am I entitled to it? Those questions are the real workload in a mobility scheme. They come to its helpdesk, in the employee's own language. * The cost moves. Public transport spend right-sized per employee, double commuting allowances blocked, charging sessions outside policy caught - with the outcome flowing to payroll as a reimbursement or a deduction. HR sets the rules once. The platform enforces them every day. Vaigo BV handle whatever falls outside them. Its go-to-market from here. Two routes, and the difference is standardisation - not company size. Via partners - standardised. Packaged configurations, defined scope, partner-branded, partner-contracted. Faster to deploy and a shorter path through procurement, because the supplier is already approved. This is where volume belongs, and Edenred is the first channel proving it at scale. Directly with Vaigo - custom. Setups where the policy itself is complex, the integrations are custom, or new vendors have to be connected. Multiple entities or countries, specific wage-code logic, public tenders. Cases where the policy has to be designed before it can be automated. Vaigo BV is opening the channel further. The construction works - a partner's brand and contract in front, its platform and operations behind. Vaigo BV is looking for the same fit in adjacent industries where mobility sits close to an existing employer relationship: HR social secretaries, EV charging and energy, leasing and fleet. What Vaigo BV look for is an existing relationship with the employer, and an existing product where mobility strengthens the core offer rather than competing with it. What Vaigo BV don't offer is a mobility API with a logo option. The point is that the work gets done - which means its operations team, its rules and its helpdesk sit behind whatever brand is on the front. A partner of Edenred's scale betting on its platform tells Vaigo BV the market is ready. So are Vaigo BV. Rethinking mobility for your organisation, or looking to carry it under your own brand? [email protected] - Vaigo BV'll show you what effortless looks like.

Edenred Payment Solutions powers Toolstation's launch of its new-to-market omnichannel gift card programme. * Payments * 27.08.2026 10:26 am Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS), a leading payment services provider and regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI), today announced the launch of a new closed-loop gift card programme for Toolstation, one of the UK's fastest-growing multi-channel retailers of tools, accessories and building supplies. Developed and launched in a record time of just eight weeks, the new gift cards give DIY enthusiasts and trade professionals total flexibility to purchase and redeem gift cards across all Toolstation touchpoints. This includes in-store across its network of over 590+ UK branches, online, or through the Toolstation mobile app. The programme enables new brand activation for Toolstation and serves as an opportunity to further build customer engagement, loyalty and revenue. Powered by EPS's API-based payments platform, the programme provides Toolstation with end-to-end card processing capabilities, including real-time top-ups, balance enquiries, and secure redemptions built directly into Toolstation's checkout systems with zero third-party redirects. EPS also equips the Toolstation team with dedicated customer service management tools and advanced analytics dashboards to monitor activity, breakage, customer behaviour, and campaign performance. From the initial conversation, EPS understood the opportunity for Toolstation to introduce a gift card offering and consulted with key stakeholders at Toolstation on industry and product best practices. After defining the product requirements, Toolstation set an ambitious launch target and recognised Edenred Payment Solutions as well placed to deliver on this. Rehana Mitha, Managing Director at Edenred Payment Solutions, said, "Toolstation is the latest retailer to recognise the importance of incorporating gift cards into their customer proposition. They wanted to create a brand new programme with zero friction when their customers were using the gift card, regardless of how they choose to purchase and redeem across stores, the web and app. They set an ambitious goal of integration, card manufacture, and launch in their stores in just eight weeks. Our dedicated project team worked with great agility and close collaboration with several Toolstation stakeholders to meet this timeline. We are thrilled to support Toolstation with an end-to-end payment solution that promotes long-term customer loyalty while also giving rise to meaningful community and B2B initiatives in the future."
Edenred has completed its acquisition of The Mobility House Solutions, strengthening its electric fleet charging capabilities and expanding its presence
Edenred completes acquisition of The Mobility House Solutions. Edenred has completed its acquisition of The Mobility House Solutions, strengthening its position in the European fleet electrification market. The business, which specialises in turnkey charging infrastructure and intelligent energy management for fleets, will now operate under the name Edenred E-Mobility GmbH. By Florian Treiss 03.08.2026 - 15:33 Following the transaction announced in June, the former The Mobility House subsidiary is combining its technological expertise with the global sales network of B2B mobility service provider UTA Edenred. The company offers fuel and charging cards, among other fleet services, and serves more than 300,000 corporate customers worldwide. The portfolio continues to centre on the manufacturer-independent ChargePilot charging and energy management system, which is designed to prevent grid overloads and reduce operating costs for fleet operators. Drawing on experience from more than 2,700 managed projects and over 2,500 actively supported fleet depots, Edenred E-Mobility GmbH positions itself as an end-to-end partner for businesses, logistics fleets, car dealerships and property operators. Its portfolio covers the entire value chain, from manufacturer-independent consulting and charging infrastructure installation to technical support and billing services. The company also integrates home charging for company car drivers into its offering. For The Mobility House, the sale marks a strategic shift towards new business areas. As previously announced, the company plans to focus more strongly on vehicle-to-grid technology, flexibility marketing and energy trading. At the same time, it will remain commercially connected to Edenred through its Energy Unit, with the two companies continuing to work together to integrate electric fleets into the energy system as flexible energy assets. Heiko Bayer, Managing Director of Edenred E-Mobility GmbH, said the completed transaction marks the start of the company's next phase of growth. He expects demand for integrated B2B fleet charging solutions to continue rising and believes Edenred's global sales network will enable the company to scale its end-to-end offering more quickly. The aim is to provide customers with a unified charging platform covering depot, public and home charging. Pierre Jalady, CEO of UTA Edenred and Edenred Mobility EMEA, said the acquisition strengthens the company's strategy for fleet electrification. He highlighted Edenred E-Mobility GmbH's technical expertise and the ChargePilot energy management system as key additions to the group's portfolio, enabling it to offer fleet operators across Europe an integrated ecosystem designed to simplify and optimise the transition to electric mobility while reducing costs. For customers and partners, the transaction will not affect existing contracts, contact persons or the company's Munich headquarters. The established The Mobility House Solutions and ChargePilot brands will also remain in place, while only the company's legal name changes to Edenred E-Mobility GmbH. 0 comments. about "Edenred completes acquisition of The Mobility House Solutions"
