Fund Operations Intern
About the job
- A full-time bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Candidates must be careful and responsible and demonstrate initiative.
- Candidates must have basic data-analysis skills and be able to use SQL and Python.
- A fund practitioner qualification or relevant internship experience at a financial institution is preferred.
- Assist with fund operations management, including product subscriptions and redemptions, fee payments, information disclosure, and filing-information updates.
- Support fund product establishment, filing, and changes; open and update product accounts; and coordinate operational matters with custodians, securities firms, and other participating institutions.
- Organize and analyze fund operations data using data-analysis tools and participate in building automated processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage net asset value disclosures and prepare and publish fund monthly reports, announcements, and related materials.
- Complete other work and tasks assigned by the department.
