Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to deliver critical strategic backing to our leadership team. Moving beyond basic administrative tasks or calendar management, this key partner will steer key initiatives, align cross-departmental projects, and maintain operational excellence across the executive suite. The position requires a dynamic professional comfortable in a fast-moving global setting, with complete fluency in French as well as Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support the executive on business-critical projects, tracking deliverables and following up on action items across teams
• Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and board/meeting materials in French, Dutch, and English
• Coordinate and minute high-level meetings, board meetings, and strategic reviews
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the executive
• Conduct research, compile briefings, and support decision-making with well-organized information
• Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion
• Support cross-functional coordination between departments to keep initiatives on track
• Assist with process improvement and operational follow-through within the executive office

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
• Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written); professional working proficiency in English
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders on substantive matters
• Exceptional organisational skills and follow-through on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong written communication skills across all three languages
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive business information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project-tracking tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and adapt quickly
• Based in or eligible to work in the Netherlands
