A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1–2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate verbal English proficiency is required.
Must be available to work all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
Consistently check and replenish assigned areas, maintaining their organization, visual appeal, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Communicate clearly, concisely, efficiently, and appropriately with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Supervisors, the Dispatcher, and management.
Assist Room Attendants by moving or rearranging furniture, removing guest room linen, removing trash, and cleaning balconies and patios.
Prepare, deliver, and collect guest-requested items, including coffee or tea setups, rollaway beds, baby cribs, household items, and amenities.
Clean carpets and upholstery using proper equipment and established cleaning procedures.
Receive and properly store cleaning supplies, guest supplies, and linen deliveries from the loading dock.
Assist with setting up and breaking down hotel events.
Cross-train in other Housekeeping and Laundry-related areas.
Desired Qualifications
Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.

Job Summary
The AM House Attendant is responsible for performing a combination of tasks which maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant and positive guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
