Requirements
  • Must be a student seeking an undergraduate education.
  • Strong communication skills; listening, speaking and writing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented, adding value to a collegial, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; possesses a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong aptitude in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Responsibilities
  • Process simple transactions in our HR Information System Workday working closely with the HR Coordinators.
  • Maintain new hire paperwork, tracking open items and follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files and assist teams with file clean-up.
  • Assist benefits team in reviewing and processing related invoices.
  • Assist talent acquisition team with scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Partner with Learning and Development team to revamp dashboard and monitor metrics.
  • Work closely with Talent Management team during the Mid-Year review process and provide support building PowerPoint decks.
  • Various other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Seeking undergraduate education in Human Resources.
  • Ability to learn our HRIS (Workday).
