  • 15+ years of experience within financial services and foreign currency transaction and market experience
  • 10+ years of experience in 1st line foreign currency risk management is preferred
  • Extensive experience building, enhancing and executing 1st line foreign currency risk in the banking book
  • Solid understanding of financial products on a bank's balance sheet
  • Established effective leadership and management skills with ability to build relationships
  • Clear concise communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Solid understanding of the Treasury function within a bank
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure
  • A bachelor degree is required
Responsibilities
  • Executing functional strategy in designed area
  • Determining approach to implementing functional strategy
  • Driving enhancements in Citi’s Non-Traded Market Risk frameworks
  • Making decisions on highly complex financial/mathematical methodologies and processes
  • Managing applicable governance processes and complex stakeholder management
