Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience within financial services and foreign currency transaction and market experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in 1st line foreign currency risk management is preferred.
  • Extensive experience building, enhancing and executing 1st line foreign currency risk in the banking book.
  • Solid understanding of financial products on a bank's balance sheet.
  • Established effective leadership and management skills with ability to build relationships.
  • Clear concise communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid understanding of the Treasury function within a bank.
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure.
  • A bachelor degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing functional strategy in designed area.
  • Determines approach to implementing functional strategy.
  • Impact reflects strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses.
  • May be involved or responsible for diverse (cross-discipline) activities.
  • Collaborating and influencing decisions across various disciplines.
  • Engaging with relatively senior stakeholders to drive outcomes that are aligned with Citi’s strategic business objectives.
  • Managing applicable governance processes and complex stakeholder management.
  • Driving enhancements in Citi’s Non-Traded Market Risk frameworks which will require decisions on highly complex financial/mathematical methodologies and processes.
