About the job
- A degree in Engineering, Economics, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in BPM development.
- Proficiency with BPM software and tools, including Appian, Camunda, jBPMN, and Kogito.
- Strong Java programming skills with Spring Boot.
- Deep knowledge of business process modeling and notation, particularly BPMN.
- Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web service integration.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Design and develop BPM solutions using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and customize BPM software to meet the organization’s specific needs.
- Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and documentation.
- Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and databases.
