Requirements
  • A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences
  • Outstanding product ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps
  • 5+ years of experience designing consumer experiences (experience designing for multiple platforms is a huge plus)

Responsibilities
  • Design, test, launch, and validate your solutions
  • Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft
  • Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, crafting visions, and establishing frameworks
  • Ideate and design complete user flows that fit into a larger design system
  • Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions
  • Mentor and lead the other members of the product design team
  • Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces and work cross-collaboratively across teams to come up with innovative solutions
  • Constantly evaluate if we are serving the cardholder and Imprint
