  • Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback and provide support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address any issues and ensure creator satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
