This role is remote with opportunities to travel when needed to meet team members and clients in person from time to time.
You will be a part of the Broadridge Advisor Solutions team using your business analysis skills to listen to clients and translate business objectives into use cases to achieve clients’ digital transformation strategies. The Sr. Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the business team by handling the configuration and home Office onboarding actions for our digital products. Typical duties include gathering and defining the client’s use cases and business requirements, facilitating demos that showcase the options and functionality by user role, and consultation related to best practices, scalability, and advisor site outputs. This role ensures what we deliver meets what the client expected while reducing the time from sales to implementation.
Responsibilities
Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts, such as standard product functionality, configurability vs customization.
Ensure the digital solutions defined meet the needs of clients with solid use cases and business requirements.
Facilitate configuration meetings with clients and implement product configurations.
Capture, document, and memorialize configurations for use in supporting the client and internal team uses to thoroughly understand and use the program.
Work with Solutions Architects, Solutions Analysts, and Project Managers on the technical solution planning and delivery
Participate in IT meetings as needed to transfer knowledge of the client’s business objectives, evaluate conceptual designs, or confirm deliverables as required.
Act as liaison between all project stakeholders including Business, Product Owners, Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Client Support to ensure understanding of requirements, project objectives, and solutions.
Provide demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and more scalable deployments.
Perform duties and make sophisticated decisions and recommendations under limited supervision.
Complete post-deployment lesson learned session to facilitate process improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements
3-5 years working experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience at dealing with clients/users at all levels, singly and in groups.
Presentation skills of technical solutions to business audiences
At least 3 years working with in an agile system development life cycle environment, best practices required to implement effective solutions.
2-3 years of complex web/digital solution development and delivery environment
Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem- solving skills, specific to highly technical and customer focused service environment.
Prior experience in a delivery role for SaaS-based solutions
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $87,000 USD annual
