CleanSpark, Inc. (ISIN US18452B2097) became the subject of a lower analyst valuation after Cantor Fitzgerald cut its price target from USD 26.00 to USD 19.00 while keeping an Overweight rating on October 16, 2026, according to MarketBeat. CleanSpark stock was trading at EUR 7.59 at Lang & Schwarz on October 20, 2026 at 9:52 p.m. CEST. Revenue edged higher sequentially. CleanSpark reported USD 138.00 million of revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, a 1.00 percent increase from the preceding quarter, while gross margin was 38.00 percent. The company recorded a GAAP net loss of USD 240.00 million, compared with a USD 378.00 million loss in the second quarter, according to Benzinga. The loss included an unfavorable USD 133.00 million mark-to-market adjustment on bitcoin holdings. Stock sits near its yearly low. The Nasdaq quote was USD 8.43 at 7:59 p.m. UTC on October 20, 2026, with a 52-week range of USD 8.00 to USD 20.87 and volume of 14,990,596 shares. The current USD price was 5.38 percent above the yearly low, calculated from the USD 8.00 low and USD 8.43 quote. The euro quotation gives German investors a separate market view at EUR 7.59. Target remains above the quote. Cantor Fitzgerald's USD 19.00 target stood 125.45 percent above the USD 8.43 Nasdaq quote on October 20, 2026, using the same-currency prices. The cut from USD 26.00 represents a 26.92 percent reduction. MarketBeat also reported a consensus target of USD 23.35 from sixteen analysts on October 16, 2026, but that broader figure is not used as the headline event. Operating model is broadening. CleanSpark describes itself as a Nasdaq-listed data center developer combining Bitcoin infrastructure, energy assets and computing capacity, according to CleanSpark. Its third-quarter call said the company had USD 917.00 million of liquidity as of June 30, 2026, including about USD 200.00 million in cash and nearly 14,000 bitcoin. The next reported period is expected to be the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, with the company also presenting its data-center strategy through investor materials. What the figures mean. The numbers leave investors weighing two different profiles. Quarterly revenue improved 1.00 percent sequentially, but the USD 240.00 million GAAP loss and the stock's position only 5.38 percent above its yearly low keep execution and capital allocation central to the valuation discussion. CleanSpark is up 21% in 2026. Time to take profits or buy more? Last updated Sep 27, 2026 Rūdolfs Klintsons from Pexels and ภาพของtridsanu Thophet via Canva Key Takeaways. * CleanSpark stock is up about 21% in 2026 even though fiscal Q3 revenue fell 31% year over year to $138 million on weaker Bitcoin output and prices. * A 20-year Sandersville lease adds $6.6 billion in contracted revenue and about $330 million in expected average annual net operating income once deliveries begin in Q4 2027. * A $2.28 billion secured note sale priced in September funds that build without new equity, and the lowest Street price target has climbed from $14 to $21. CleanSpark Stock Found a New Growth Case in a Georgia Lease. On March 31, CleanSpark (CLSK) closed at $8.51. Bitcoin mining was the whole story, and it wasn't a good one: the company had just posted net losses of about $378 million in each of its first two fiscal quarters. The stock rallied through spring, peaking near $19 in early June, then gave much of it back. The event that changed the investment case came on July 14. CleanSpark signed a 20-year triple-net lease with a high investment-grade technology company for its Sandersville, Georgia campus: 175 MW of critical IT load, $6.6 billion in base-term revenue, and up to $11.6 billion with two five-year extensions. Because the tenant carries taxes, insurance, and maintenance, management expects that revenue to convert to net operating income at close to 100%. The same tenant also took exclusivity over up to 885 MW in Texas. That piece is less certain. Governor Abbott ordered an audit of data center grid connections in early August, and CEO Matt Schultz said plainly on the Q3 2026 earnings call that "we don't know" what follows. The stock drifted as low as about $11 by early September. The Debt Deal Made the Lease Fundable. A signed lease still needed $1.75 billion to $2.1 billion in construction spending before the first data hall could open. The open question was who would pay for it. On September 17, CleanSpark proposed a $2.227 billion notes offering. It priced $2.276 billion of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031 at 98.5% of par on September 18, then closed the offering on September 25.The financing reduces the immediate equity need, but CleanSpark remains exposed through a customary completion guarantee if the project's note proceeds prove insufficient. Proceeds cover the remaining build-out, reimburse equity already contributed, and fund debt service reserves. CleanSpark's parent-level role is a completion guarantee. Management had promised no equity or equity-linked raise for Sandersville, and the notes keep that promise. Shares climbed to about $15 before closing at $13.95 on September 25. Analysts have moved with the story. TIKR showed a $23.89 mean target and a $21 low target on September 25. The financing reduces the immediate equity need, but CleanSpark remains exposed through a customary completion guarantee if the note proceeds prove insufficient. Holdings fell to 13,703 coins in August as CleanSpark produced 593 Bitcoin and sold 821. Of that balance, 3,951 Bitcoin was posted as collateral or receivable in derivative transactions. Texas is the next test. The tenant holds exclusivity over the portfolio, not a signed lease, while final ERCOT determinations and commercial terms remain outstanding. A signed Texas lease would show the lease model can extend beyond Sandersville. A stalled deal leaves CleanSpark with one contract, a 2027 delivery date, and a mining business still tied to Bitcoin prices. CleanSpark closes $2.276B debt financing as miner builds for its next expansion.

CleanSpark closes $2.276B debt financing as miner builds for its next expansion. Last Updated: September 26, 2026 4:30 pm 2 mins read Tl;dr. * CleanSpark has completed the closing of $2.276 billion in senior secured notes. * The Bitcoin miner says proceeds will support data-center expansion and refinancing of existing credit facilities. * The financing has closed, making this different from an earlier announcement of a proposed debt raise. CleanSpark has completed one of the largest financing transactions of the year for a publicly traded Bitcoin miner, closing $2.276 billion of senior secured notes. The company announced the completed transaction late on September 25, moving the financing from a capital-markets proposal into cash that can now be deployed across the business. CleanSpark is funding more than Bitcoin miners. CleanSpark says the proceeds will be used in part to expand its data-center infrastructure and refinance existing debt. BitStarz Player Lands $2,459,124 Record Win! Could you be next big winner? Play Now! That distinction matters as the economics of the mining sector continue to change. Bitcoin miners still earn revenue by operating ASIC hardware and selling or holding the BTC they produce. But power contracts, substations, land and large data-center campuses have become valuable assets in their own right as demand for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure grows. CleanSpark has been building around that overlap. A large secured financing gives the company additional capital to expand sites without relying entirely on equity issuance or selling Bitcoin reserves. The notes were placed with qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A, a structure commonly used by public companies to raise debt from large investors without conducting a conventional public bond offering. Debt gives miners capital, but it also changes the risk. The size of the deal is notable. Mining is a capital-intensive business, and borrowing more than $2 billion introduces a significant fixed obligation onto the balance sheet. That can work well when operating cash flow is strong and infrastructure investment generates attractive returns. It becomes more uncomfortable when Bitcoin prices fall, mining difficulty rises or power economics deteriorate. That tension has always existed in the sector. Mining companies need to spend heavily to stay competitive, but taking on too much capital-market risk can turn a downturn into a balance-sheet problem. CleanSpark appears willing to make the trade. The company has spent the past several years increasing scale, upgrading its fleet and accumulating infrastructure in the United States. Closing the $2.276 billion financing gives it substantially more firepower to continue that strategy. The important word here is "closing." This is no longer a plan to raise money. The transaction has been completed, and CleanSpark now has to show what that capital can produce. Disclaimer: The information found on NewsBTC is for educational purposes only.
