We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Irvine, California office location.  This is a fully in-office position that supports the administrative and coordination activities of multiple projects within our Project Management team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Project start-up: complete new project updates in Procore system, distribute initial drawings and plans to all required team members, assist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed, send Field Operations team all required information
• Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project
• Assists with buyout process
• Review, process, and distribute submittals via Procore
• Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Manager
• Process and maintain RFIs in Procore or similar system
• Prepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
• Assists in preparation of closeout package process:  collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project team
• Other job responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably within Construction
• Excellent MS Office skills:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
• Procore and Timberline/Sage experience preferred
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• High level of professionalism
• Team-player and collaborative ability to build relationships well across the organization and team

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in California. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Schimenti’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,000 - $70,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and specific performance awards. In addition, Schimenti provides a variety of comprehensive benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
