Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff.
Strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis, including BTT, Verbal Behavior, and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
A reliable car, a California driver's license, and insurance.
CPR certification, immunization records, and completion of a background check upon hire.
Responsibilities
Supervise clients and staff weekly to ensure high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services.
Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Case Managers to support their professional development.
Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical team meetings.
Maintain high-quality documentation, communication, and clinical standards.

What you bring
Active BCBA Certification
Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
2+ years supervising clinical staff
Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
Compensation & Perks:
Hourly Rate: $45-$65 (depending on experience and education)
