  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Deep experience in medical practice operations, including leveraging Practice Management software for scheduling, check-in, check-out, billing, and financial reporting OR 2+ years of experience as a Sales Solutions Engineer or similar role, demonstrating healthcare Practice Management software to clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical practice operational and financial workflows, along with a strong understanding of healthcare business processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active listener, adaptable, coachable, and a strong communicator at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, perform, and deliver tailored software demonstrations and technical presentations to medical practices across key market segments.
  • Work with Sales Managers to identify and understand client needs and requirements.
  • Drive customer and sales success with your knowledge and ability to influence and make recommendations.
  • Assist the sales team as the technical subject matter expert for our software.
  • Serve as a product expert - knows every in/out, workaround, and feature available and maintains awareness of trends and needs in the Healthcare IT industry.
  • Visit client practices and exhibit at society meetings.
  • Demonstrate value and discuss the functionality of all Ancillary products such as Relatient and Analytics; know three primary products.
