Requirements
  • Education and/or equivalent years of experience (must have education listed for US immigration work visa eligibility assessment)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in developing software tools and frameworks, with a focus on testing or automation, preferably in the context of autonomous vehicles or robotics
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, SQL, and Bash, and have experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and continuous integration
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop testing tools and frameworks to streamline and automate AV testing processes, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with robotics engineers and cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and translate them into effective tooling solutions.
  • Analyze testing data using Python, Pandas, using data-driven insights to identify areas for enhancement and implementing best practices for AV testing.
  • Use modern web stack (React + Nest.js) to build and optimize existing testing tools and systems to reduce bottlenecks, enhance test coverage, and improve testing efficiency in both simulated and real-world environments.
  • Build and optimize data processing pipelines to handle large volumes of testing data, enabling real-time analysis and insights for AV testing performance.
