Requirements
  • Candidates must be board certified or eligible for board certification by the American Board of Radiology.
  • Candidates must have an M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Medical Physics or a related field.
  • Candidates should have a strong clinical background and experience base.
  • Candidates must be able to perform the stated physical job functions, including working indoors, maintaining vision and hearing acuity, using both hands and arms, and lifting or carrying objects up to 15 pounds unassisted.
  • Candidates must provide a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and contact information for three references.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in all facets of the radiation oncology physics program, including clinical support, equipment performance checks, teaching, clinical projects, and planning and commissioning new technologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Varian TrueBeam accelerators, prostate seed implants, Eclipse treatment planning, and Aria OIS is desirable.
