Requirements

A bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience in building management systems, energy management systems, security systems, or industrial control systems in pharmaceutical projects is required.
Familiarity with SHE-critical systems, including Hazard Area Classification and IPS/SIS, is required.
Knowledge of FAT/SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ, commissioning and qualification processes, and GMP, GEP, and SHE requirements is required.
Experience reviewing engineering documentation, including drawings, calculations, and protocols, is required.
A good command of English for reading and writing technical documents is required.

Responsibilities

Work with the Design Contractor to translate technical requirements into engineering deliverables.
Prepare and manage User Requirement Specifications (URSs), ensuring GMP, GEP, and SHE compliance.
Review key documentation, including drawings, calculations, Hazard Area Classification, IPS/SIS, and trip and alarm documentation.
Review and approve FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, and OQ protocols as required.
Review enquiry specifications, support bid evaluation, and contribute to supplier and contractor selection.
Attend pre-FATs, FATs, mechanical completion inspections, and SATs.
Provide technical support for commissioning and qualification activities.
Lead timely URS review and approval with the customer team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BMS/EMS, security systems, or industrial control systems in pharmaceutical projects
Familiar with SHE critical systems (Hazard Area Classification, IPS/SIS)
Knowledge of FAT/SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ, and C&Q processes, and GMP, GEP, and SHE requirements
Experience reviewing engineering documentation (drawings, calculations, protocols)
Strong communication skills and good command of English for technical document reading and writing
