  • Deep experience extracting insights from health scores, segments, and adoption models using ChurnZero or an equivalent customer success platform.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Experience translating complex data into clear analyses for executives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams by creating documentation, training, and operational routines that are adopted.

  • Ability to translate technical system metrics into clear, actionable points for senior executives.
  • Ability to identify workflow issues that prevent the collection of appropriate data and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Focus on the real-world use of health scores and sentiment analysis as well as their technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and implementation of the Lightspeed customer health score program, including improving score components, segmentation, thresholds, and playbooks for each score state.
  • Lead implementation of health score changes in ChurnZero, collaborating with key stakeholders on configuration and underlying data models.
  • Develop the health score adoption strategy for go-to-market teams, customer experience operations, and leadership, including documentation, training, dashboards, and an operating cadence for reviewing and acting on scores.
  • Expand use of health scores to support growth and enterprise-wide impact beyond go-to-market teams, including Product and Technology and Finance.
  • Validate health score and customer sentiment performance against actual customer outcomes, including renewals, churn, expansion, and changes in Net Promoter Score, and recalibrate the model as the company evolves.
  • Turn health score and customer sentiment trends into business recommendations for leadership and stakeholders in go-to-market teams, Product and Technology, and Finance, identifying where to intervene and why.
  • Lead impact analyses of customer experience initiatives aimed at reducing customer account health gaps in adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Analyze whether operational changes or workflows affect customer behavior, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with health-score-based account analyses.
  • Conduct rapid, defensible deep-dive analyses of cohorts, segments, or risk trends when requested by leadership.
