Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Educational Development credential is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
  • One to two years of experience working in a hospital setting is required.
  • General clerical and medical record experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform various duties and functions in the treatment and care of patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse.
  • Receive and assist visitors.
  • Take and record vital signs.
  • Perform finger-stick testing.
  • Assist patients with hygienic and clothing needs.
