Requirements
A high school diploma is required.
Requires 2–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must communicate effectively in person or by telecommunications with clients and coworkers.
Requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adjust to change.
Requires strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field and some independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments.
Must adhere to standard safety procedures and practices.
Requires advanced maintenance aptitude and skills.
Must visually verify and/or read information.
Must be able to move, lift, and carry supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
Must be physically present in the office as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance services and repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical work, and general maintenance.
Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Work in residential buildings and outdoors.
Work under moderate supervision at an active pace.
Description
Essential Functions

Perform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.
