  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources / Training and Enablement.
  • Proven experience and career focus on building programs and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience developing and delivering live and virtual trainings and/or workshops.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies and systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower recruiters and hiring managers with the necessary skills and tools.
  • Educate recruiters so they spend less time navigating processes and more time on their core jobs.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of TA enablement processes and systems.
  • Increase recruiter productivity through conversion rates and overall speed in hiring process.
  • Enable recruiters to better understand where to prioritize their time.
  • Partner with TA managers to better invest in every team member’s long and short term goals, including career development and planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.
