Responsibilities
  • Manage all hiring for all functions including planning, sourcing, negotiating offers, and creating the best candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage multiple open positions and recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process
  • Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices to build a workforce that reflects our company values and culture
  • Address challenges creatively and adaptively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process despite any obstacles
