About the Role

You will be responsible for recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. This individual must possess critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Own personnel cost forecasting and cost model maintenance/improvements
Oversee other vendor and COGS forecasting
Own cost reporting including oversight of department people budgets and comparing budgeted versus actual spend
Prepare weekly and monthly cost reporting templates for use in board meetings, CEO and other executive stakeholder meetings
Develop and incorporate new analytic capabilities into reports
Partner with finance, accounting, people ops, data engineering and business intelligence teams to create and continuously enhance key reports
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis when needed

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience
Ambitious outlook and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities a must
Degree in finance, economics, math or quantitative scientific field
Strong knowledge of Excel
Works at a fast pace
High-energy, positive attitude
