About the job

Requirements
  • Procurement-domain understanding is mandatory, gained through direct procurement experience, consulting for procurement teams, or deep familiarity with procurement processes and the challenges and goals of procurement professionals from analyst to C-level.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends, synthesize findings, and provide data-backed recommendations; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to build coherent narratives, produce clear visuals, and write for non-technical audiences across slides, reports, one-pagers, and web content.
  • Understanding of how sales and marketing use data, and ability to translate analysis into messaging and enablement assets, not just dashboards.
  • Confidence presenting to and enabling internal teams, including senior stakeholders, and comfort running enablement sessions and workshops.
  • Self-starter approach with project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English, with ability to produce clear, insight-driven content across formats.
  • Ability to leverage AI in work processes to improve quality and speed.
Responsibilities
  • Build recurring and ad-hoc benchmark reports from aggregated and anonymized community data by defining data cuts, running analysis, and making production repeatable and scalable.
  • Identify relevant, defensible, commercially valuable data slices to report on, collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of benchmark outputs from raw data through finished report.
  • Find meaningful insights in data and translate them into clear narratives, visuals, and talking points for non-technical business audiences.
  • Explain what stories the numbers tell and turn procurement benchmarks into market insights that differentiate Sievo.
  • Monitor global events, trade developments, policy shifts, and supply chain signals for procurement-relevant opportunities; assess what the data says and quickly develop timely insights and content.
  • Develop and maintain a library of data-driven narratives, charts, and visuals for marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.
  • Package insights into assets used by go-to-market teams, including benchmark slides, one-pagers, campaign angles, and long-format reports.
  • Enable sales representatives and marketers to use community data through training, enablement sessions, and clear documentation.
  • Integrate benchmark data into demand-generation campaigns, thought leadership, and customer communications with the marketing team.
  • Define success metrics for benchmark assets and track their usage and impact across sales and marketing programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in data analysis, insights, or analytics, ideally at a consulting company in the procurement domain, with a track record of turning complex data into actionable outputs.
  • Hands-on experience structuring, cleaning, and quality-checking large datasets in Excel and SQL, and building reports in a business intelligence tool such as Power BI.

About the company

Sievo is a SaaS procurement analytics platform for large, data-driven enterprises. It ingests data from ERPs and other systems, cleanses, classifies, and enriches it with AI to create a single source of truth, giving visibility into spending. Its product suite includes Spend Analysis, Savings Lifecycle Management, Contract Analytics, Materials Forecasting, and ESG Analytics (including CO2 emissions). Unlike many competitors, Sievo targets big companies with global reach and handles very large data sets (processing spend data equivalent to over 2% of the world’s GDP annually) to help procurement, finance, and sustainability teams identify savings opportunities, manage supplier relationships, improve forecasting, ensure compliance, and advance sustainability goals. The company aims to expand globally, grow its customer base, and continuously enhance its analytics capabilities, leveraging AI to turn complex procurement data into actionable business value.
