Requirements
  • Curiosity and ambition.
  • Program or project management experience in a high-growth software environment.
  • A track record of shipping concrete programs owned end-to-end, including the constraints operated under and what was delivered.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to ask appropriate follow-up questions and identify unrealistic estimates.
  • Outstanding written communication, including the ability to summarize a complicated status in a paragraph and a complicated plan in a page.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch and post-launch measurement.
  • Break ambiguous objectives into milestones, dependencies, and clear owners; pressure-test scope with engineering and product leads; and re-plan when circumstances change.
  • Run sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and steering committees for assigned programs.
  • Surface and unblock risks before they cause schedule slips, track dependencies across engineering, data, and vendors, escalate clearly, and propose mitigations.
  • Identify patterns across programs and propose changes to tooling, process, or organizational design; pilot, measure, scale, or discontinue changes based on results.
  • Partner on incident response and post-mortems for owned programs and ensure that fixes are delivered.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at an artificial intelligence or machine learning product company.
  • A background in software engineering, data engineering, or technical product management before moving into technical program management.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence or machine learning delivery, including agent orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and data-labeling workflows.
  • Experience establishing a technical program management function or program from scratch.

Reinforce Labs builds an AI-powered platform for automated red-teaming and security validation to improve software integrity. It uses adversarial AI models that simulate real-world threats (red team) alongside defense-focused models (blue team) to continuously test and strengthen products. The system runs real-time simulations of malicious and suboptimal user behavior, helping organizations identify vulnerabilities, fix failure modes, and raise safety and reliability. Unlike others that rely on manual testing, Reinforce Labs combines ongoing adversarial testing with automatic quality assurance to provide comprehensive security validation. The company’s goal is to help enterprises prevent unsafe failures by uncovering and mitigating risks before they impact users.
