Responsibilities
  • Arrange a high volume of interviews for candidates - Initiating and managing the full cycle for the interview coordination process
  • Manage Flatiron’s constantly growing and changing interview calendar effectively
  • Communicate internally and externally - From initial outreach when a candidate applies, to coordinating virtual interviews with the hiring team
  • Help drive impact on the candidate experience as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Engage and foster genuine relationships and regularly follow up in between the various steps of the interview process
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System with all notes and relevant information to each candidate
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates are moved through the recruitment process seamlessly
  • Hold interviewers and hiring managers accountable to entering feedback and making decisions in a timely manner
  • Own the entire candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
