Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or business development, preferably within the SaaS or digital marketing space.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of SMS, email, and AI marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of 20-30 top-tier partners, building strong, strategic relationships to drive multi-product revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and implement joint go-to-market strategies that align with company objectives and partner capabilities.
  • Own a revenue target, selling SMS, email, and AI products through partners to new and existing customers.
  • Educate partners on our product suite, focusing on SMS, email, and AI solutions, and work with them to promote these products to their customer base.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking partner-led opportunities and ensuring progress towards revenue targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partner enablement and joint success.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partner activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
