Requirements
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate business administration role.
  • Working knowledge of business unit sales organizations and field sales operating practices.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with PC systems and internet tools.
  • Ability to perform in-depth research independently.
  • Ability to understand and interpret contract documents, terms and conditions, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to draft business correspondence and procedural documents.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to contract-related questions from customers and internal departments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support team development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume transactions environment.
  • Ability to constructively address issues and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Ability to handle confidential material and information ethically and professionally.
  • Ability to travel to an out-of-state office for up to 6 weeks during the initial training period.
  • Ability to travel to the annual national sales meeting location if required.
Responsibilities
  • Administer, promote, and support vendor credentialing best practices and processes for field-based associates.
  • Handle vendor credentialing inquiries and requests, including account creation, registrations, membership renewals and deactivation, document uploads, and account discrepancy and access issue resolution.
  • Provide credentialing support for pre- and post-annual sales meeting events as required.
  • Assist with supplier vetting and registration within the vendor credentialing process.
  • Communicate with field-based associates and collect necessary documents.
  • Maintain and organize personnel credentialing files and databases.
  • Review and approve exceptions to vendor credential terms and conditions and communicate escalations to Contracts and Legal.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations Support, field staff, Legal, and Contracts regarding credentialing terms and conditions.
  • Assist Contracts and Legal in facilitating exceptions to standard terms and conditions within specified parameters.
  • Maintain and enhance process documentation and training materials.
  • Administer routine credentialing-related background and healthcare sanction checks.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding for new hires, transfers, and terminations across business units.
  • Collect personnel data, update databases, submit IT tickets, order mobile devices, configure account and system access, assign role-based training, facilitate account applications, verify organizational structures, and coordinate company asset retrieval.
  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding activities and inquiries.
  • Work with Information Technology and Human Resources to resolve new-hire data and system-access issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support training for new hires in assigned areas.
  • Administer the E-Class quality system, including system administration and program and objective configuration.
  • Investigate and resolve E-Class system issues.
  • Configure and maintain functional training job functions for Global Customer Service and Sales.
  • Work with functional subject matter experts to maintain training items and role assignments.
  • Review quality-system document releases with subject matter expert input.
  • Act as liaison between Quality, Learning Services, and Global Customer Service regarding E-Class training issues.
  • Maintain Global Customer Service job functions and support the Quality Management System for regulatory compliance.
  • Create job functions and assign them to appropriate groups with subject matter expert input.
  • Assign and maintain training programs and objectives for Global Customer Service associates.
  • Run reports to support training compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Global Customer Service eTime inquiries.
  • Administer the ADP eTime timekeeping system for hourly associates.
  • Submit accurate and timely payroll for each pay period.
  • Complete bi-weekly pay-period close checklists and procedures.
  • Manage historical edits within eTime.
  • Update eTime queries after organizational structure changes for reporting purposes.
  • Partner with Information Technology, Payroll, and ADP to resolve SAP and eTime interface time-punch errors and issues.
  • Provide eTime training to new hires and managers.

  • Salesforce.com experience.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience.
  • Prior vendor credentialing experience.
