Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of business and commercial litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, as applicable.
Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy for complex commercial disputes.
Handle all phases of discovery, including depositions, document review, witness preparation, and expert coordination.
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and settlement conferences.
Advise clients on litigation risks, business disputes, contract issues, regulatory concerns, and dispute resolution strategies.
Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and support staff to effectively manage case progression and client service.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance.
Participate in trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness preparation, and courtroom support.
Contribute to business development efforts, networking, and client retention initiatives, as appropriate.

Qualifications

Compensation Range:
$125,000—$175,000 USD
Compensation: The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
