Keeper Security reveals a Freshservice Workflow integration.

Keeper Security reveals a Freshservice Workflow integration. Keeper Security has announced a Freshservice Workflow integration that connects vault and privileged access requests to the ticketing systems IT and security teams already use. According to the company, the integration lets agents fulfill Keeper vault access and approval requests - including Endpoint Privilege Manager and Cloud SSO device approvals - directly from a Freshservice ticket. The workflow bottleneck experienced with other solutions is eliminated by removing the need for agents to leave tickets for approvals, log into a separate system or move decisions through unaudited side channels like email or chat. The company added that the integration also supports Endpoint Privilege Manager and Cloud SSO device approvals when paired with Keeper's ITSM for Freshservice app, so security admins maintain a single ticketing interface for both incident-driven access requests and routine approval workflows. Streamlining ticket management and approval. Access approvals often stall after the initial request creation. A user submits a helpdesk ticket, but the person fulfilling it has to leave that ticket, log into a separate system, track down the right record or folder and manually grant permission before reporting back. Each handoff introduces delays and moves access decisions outside of the audit trail, said Keeper Security. The Freshservice Workflow App removes that handoff. When an employee submits a request through a Freshservice service catalog item, the assigned agent can search through Keeper content, configure permissions and approve or deny the request from a Keeper Vault tab inside the ticket itself. Every action runs through a customer-hosted Keeper Commander ServiceMode endpoint, so Keeper's zero-knowledge encryption and access controls stay intact, and Keeper never stores credentials inside Freshservice's IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. "Cannot move outside Keeper" Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security commented: "The cryptographic boundary cannot move outside Keeper. "This integration processes every approval through Commander ServiceMode on infrastructure owned and controlled by the customer, so the attack surface doesn't expand when you wire Freshservice into your approval workflow. "Freshservice is the interface for the request, never the place where secrets are stored," Lurey added. "Increasingly important in the agentic era" Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security stated: "Every access request is an identity decision, and the further those decisions drift from a governed system, the weaker the audit trail becomes. "Integrating Keeper into Freshservice keeps approval decisions inside a ticketing system that security teams already trust, which means zero standing privilege and full audit control stay intact." He concluded: "This becomes increasingly important in the agentic era, as access requests multiply across both human and machine identities." Latest issue. Keeper Security launches Freshservice integration to streamline vault and privileged access requests

Keeper Security has launched a Freshservice Workflow integration that enables IT and security teams to manage vault and privileged access requests directly within Freshservice tickets. The integration allows agents to search Keeper content, configure permissions, and approve or deny requests without leaving the ticketing system. The workflow processes every approval through a customer-hosted Keeper Commander ServiceMode endpoint, maintaining zero-knowledge encryption whilst preventing credentials from being stored in Freshservice's platform. This eliminates delays caused by agents switching between systems and keeps access decisions within the audit trail. The integration also supports Endpoint Privilege Manager and Cloud SSO device approvals when used with Keeper's ITSM for Freshservice app. Keeper Security CEO Darren Guccione emphasised that keeping approval decisions within trusted ticketing systems maintains zero standing privilege and full audit control. The Keeper Security Freshservice Workflow App is now available in the Freshworks Marketplace.

Keeper launches Google Chat tool for access approvals.

Keeper launches Google Chat tool for access approvals. Fri, 25th Sep 2026 (Today) Keeper Security has launched a Google Chat integration for privileged access requests and approvals, extending its identity governance tools into Google Workspace environments. The integration lets users request access, approve requests and retrieve credentials from within Google Chat. It also supports secrets management and just-in-time elevation requests, without requiring staff to switch to separate administrative tools. Google Workspace is used by more than 9 million paying organisations worldwide, making collaboration software an important control point for identity and access management vendors. The launch reflects a broader push by security suppliers to embed approval and authentication steps in everyday workplace software rather than separate consoles. The new Google Chat app is aimed at organisations that use Google Workspace as their main collaboration platform. It allows administrators to set time-limited access windows, apply approval-routing policies, and maintain audit trails and reporting tied to access decisions. Embedded controls Teams can submit vault access requests with justifications and custom permission levels through the chat interface. The integration also supports approval flows for endpoint privilege elevation and device approvals linked to federated authentication workflows. Real-time notifications are sent to dedicated channels, allowing approvers to act in the same environment where operational discussions already take place. Audit logs for access requests, approvals and credential retrieval remain centralised. At the technical level, the Google Chat app runs on an organisation's existing infrastructure using Commander Service Mode. Credentials remain encrypted end to end and do not pass through external services. The approach is intended to reduce the operational burden of switching between collaboration tools and access management systems while maintaining tight control over privileged credentials. Privileged access remains a high-priority issue for security teams because administrator accounts and secrets are frequent targets in cyber attacks. Craig Lurey, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Keeper Security, said the goal is to place access controls directly inside collaboration software. "Organisations need access controls embedded in the tools their teams already use," said Craig Lurey, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Keeper Security. He said the integration keeps encryption and system separation intact. "Using this integration means your infrastructure stays isolated because the chat app is just the interface. The encryption and verification happen entirely in your environment, so credentials never exist in transit, whether to Google's infrastructure or ours," said Lurey. Available now The integration is available immediately for customers with active Keeper Secrets Manager or KeeperPAM licences. Setup is handled through a guided installation process that uses Keeper Secrets Manager to store configuration details and credentials. The release gives Keeper another route to expand use of its privileged access and secrets management products within existing workplace platforms. Security vendors have increasingly sought tighter links with messaging and collaboration systems as companies try to reduce friction in approval workflows, especially for staff handling infrastructure, cloud systems and sensitive internal applications. For administrators, the practical appeal is reducing manual hand-offs in access control. Rather than distributing credentials directly or handling approval requests through email and separate portals, teams can route requests, validate need, apply temporary permissions and record the outcome in a single workflow. That matters because delays in privileged access approvals can slow operational work, while weak controls can create openings for misuse or compromise. Bringing those actions into chat platforms may improve response times, but it also increases the importance of maintaining strong verification and audit records around who requested access, who approved it and what level of access was granted. Keeper said its model keeps the chat application as an interface layer while encryption and verification remain inside the customer's own environment, so credentials never exist in transit to Google's infrastructure or Keeper's systems.

Keeper Security and SailPoint partner to automate Privileged Access governance.

Keeper Security and SailPoint partner to automate Privileged Access governance. September 18, 2026 Integrates SailPoint's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with Keeper's Identity Security Platform which enforces privileged access and governance across all identities. CHICAGO - Keeper Security, the leading zero-trust and zero-knowledge identity security and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, today announces an integration with SailPoint, a leader in identity governance, access and compliance. The Keeper SaaS Connector links SailPoint's IGA platform directly to KeeperPAM. The integration allows SailPoint to control the provisioning, deprovisioning and entitlements of Keeper users, vaults and managed resources. For most organizations, identity governance and privileged access management have operated as separate systems with no automated handoff between them. IGA platforms define who should have access, managing the approvals, controls and certifications that keep organizations compliant. PAM platforms enforce that access, delivering just-in-time access to privileged identities and resources secured in a zero-knowledge encrypted vault. Without a connection between the two, every access decision made in governance had to be manually carried out in the vault - and every role change, revocation or offboarding risked leaving privileged credentials behind. That cleanup fell to manual processes that were slow, inconsistent and error-ridden. Keeper's 2026 research found that 96% of senior IT leaders say disconnected security tools are creating exploitable gaps, and 64% do not yet operate with fully consolidated privileged access governance. Keeper's tight integration with SailPoint is unique. Provisioning of vaults, assignment of roles and entitlements defined in SailPoint are seamlessly provisioned into Keeper automatically across team memberships, shared folders, roles, nodes, records and administrative permissions. Access certifications cover the privileged credentials Keeper holds, so reviews reflect actual access. Organizations can configure which entitlement types SailPoint manages within Keeper, and credentials are never exposed to SailPoint throughout the process, preserving Keeper's zero-knowledge architecture. Every grant, update and revocation is logged automatically across both platforms. "The organizations that properly implement identity security understand that governance is only as strong as its enforcement," said Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. "Seamless integration between IGA and PAM covering any type of human and non-human identity is an enormous gap for most enterprises. Our integration with SailPoint solves this." Keeper is FedRAMP High Certified, FIPS 140-3 validated and listed on the CISA Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Approved Products List. For federal agencies, the integration directly supports compliance with NIST Special Publication 800-53 Rev. 5 requirements for account management, least privilege enforcement and privileged credential control. When SailPoint runs a scheduled access certification, the review now includes the privileged credentials, NHIs and identities being managed by Keeper, giving auditors a complete and reconciled record across both platforms. The Keeper integration with SailPoint is available now. For organizations running SailPoint for identity governance and KeeperPAM for privileged access management, the integration eliminates the manual reconciliation work that has sat between those two systems.
