Responsibilities
  • Own a defined sales territory or account portfolio and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and develop account strategies to advance deals through the sales cycle.
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to hotel and resort operations, showcasing property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and related technology solutions.
  • Translate customer business and technical requirements into solution recommendations for property management, gaming operations, food and beverage, retail, and enterprise integrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Acquire new business and identify account expansion opportunities across existing gaming and hospitality accounts.
  • Build business cases and return-on-investment analyses to demonstrate operational efficiencies, revenue growth opportunities, and guest experience improvements.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and requests for information with accurate technical and commercial information.
  • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support customer needs and successful deployments.
  • Manage contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and internal stakeholders throughout the deal process.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management records, pipeline forecasts, and sales activity reporting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and position product differentiators against competing hospitality and gaming technology providers.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including chief information officers, IT leaders, gaming operations, hotel operations, finance, operations leaders, and tribal councils where applicable.
  • Travel 50% or more throughout North America to meet with customers, prospects, and attend industry events.

Located in Arlington, Washington, Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is a tribal gaming and entertainment destination with a 125-room hotel, six restaurants, five bars, an event center and an upscale RV resort. "Our property has seen a significant increase in bookings since converting to Agilysys for property management and reservations," said Lori Swehla, Hotel Manager at Angel of the Winds, "The long lines we typically experience at check-in time on weekends have all but vanished since we introduced self-service check-in kiosks as an option for guests. Just as important, our staff members have been able to learn Agilysys Versa PMS and create reservations with as little as one day of training." She added, "Agilysys has transformed the online booking experience for our guests while helping us increase booking activity. From a single screen, guests can view up to six months of availability and securely access personalized player offers. RV park guests can also use an interactive map to select a specific site and make reservations alongside others in their party. These capabilities have been true game changers for our business." Aside from adding Agilysys Versa PMS and Agilysys Book as part of an integrated environment, Angel of the Winds has converted POS operations to InfoGenesis 12UX and implemented IG OnDemand and IG Kiosk to support service on the pool deck. Not only do guests have the ability to order food and beverage (F&B) items from just about anywhere on property, pay and have it delivered to their location, they can now also use the kiosk at the pool to purchase F&B or pool supplies like floaties, sunscreen and toys. "Once the hardware was updated, POS operations ran so much faster and our team members have been so much happier. In addition, from a configuration standpoint, it has been far less complicated to add printers," said Andy Snider, IT Operations Manager for Angel of the Winds. "The guests absolutely love the kiosk at the pool. It has been very popular for direct, walk-up orders and the kiosks use the same menu definitions from OnDemand keeping operational practices consistent." Agilysys raises fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to $373M on 32% subscription growth

Agilysys raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to $368-373 million after subscription sales and faster backlog deployment exceeded expectations in its first quarter. Revenue rose 14.3% year-over-year to $87.68 million, beating consensus estimates of $85.85 million. Subscription revenues climbed 26.1%, with property management system revenues growing 39.7% and surpassing point-of-sale revenues for the first time. Recurring revenues reached $57.7 million, representing 65.9% of total revenues. The company now expects full-year subscription revenue growth of at least 32%, up from a previous 30% minimum. Gross margin expanded to 63.5% from 61.7%, whilst adjusted EBITDA reached $18.3 million, or 20.8% of revenues. Management highlighted the Marriott rollout remains on schedule, though more complex properties lie ahead.
