Responsibilities
Perform various patient-care activities and related non-professional services to support patient comfort and personal needs.
Use a systematic approach to assess patient needs and collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff.
Promote teamwork and maintain adherence to all departmental standards.
Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment.
Work 72 hours per two-week pay period on a primary 6:45 PM–7:15 AM shift, with a schedule that may include 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, every third weekend, and holiday responsibilities.
