Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in consumer or member marketing
  • Data fluency, analytic proficiency, and a passion for driving and measuring results
  • Experience managing campaigns and promotions, from concept through execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute activation and engagement marketing plans that align with client business objectives and goals
  • Contribute to client relationships by providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Analyze, track and report on marketing results to clients and the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a client-facing role or in a marketing agency is a plus
  • Mobile marketing (activation and engagement) experience preferred
