Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Second-quarter 2026 revenue hit a record $7.7 billion, and guidance rose to 7%-9%.

  • Amazon portfolio and BTIG should add roughly $275 million quarterly revenue by late 2026.

What critics are saying

  • U.S. Bank now issues Amazon small-business cards, embedding itself deeper in merchant spend.
