  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing and communication
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy and ability to drive creation and execution of programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working with Technology Alliances and SI partners
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and work in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Understanding of various marketing activities including field marketing, digital marketing, and experience events
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and drive integrated marketing campaigns with Alliances and SI partners
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with marketing teams at partner sites
  • Work with Partner Marketing to develop joint value propositions
  • Identify and launch Sales Plays aligned with the CRM go-to-market strategy
  • Solidify Zeta presence at Partner events and co-marketing at industry events
  • Support partner enablement motions to grow the partner ecosystem
  • Provide insights into progress and effectiveness of strategic campaigns
  • Continually evaluate partner commitments and performance results
  • Budget tracking and utilization in partnership with field marketing and partner managers
