Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools for creating schedules, budgets, status reports, and workflow tracking.
  • Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.
Responsibilities
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep website development engagements on time and on budget.
  • Define project scope and requirements by collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop user flows, functional requirements, and detailed Teamwork tickets.
  • Work with leadership to refine and enhance project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to integrate creative and technical solutions that meet client goals.
  • Support business growth by evaluating new business opportunities, assisting with proposals, and identifying ways to expand client partnerships.
  • Represent Interactive Strategies in industry events and networking opportunities to stay ahead of emerging trends in web development and digital marketing.
