Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assess and optimize marketing performance for VBU portfolio companies
  • Develop marketing strategy and manage annual marketing budgets for select VBUs
  • Assist with M&A due diligence and contribute to marketing value creation strategy
  • Oversee omni-channel demand generation efforts and establish KPIs
  • Produce and review marketing reporting for executives
  • Coordinate with internal marketing team for best practices sharing
  • Create and maintain documentation on marketing processes and policies
  • Monitor and optimize funnel conversion with sales management
  • Perform comparative analyses and reporting across the VBU portfolio
  • Lead and train a team of marketing professionals
  • Other duties as assigned
